This kind of thing requires careful thinking and effort. Security and resiliency, for example, cannot be bolted-on, it should be wired deeply from the ground up. We already have a plan, a bunch of ideas and the programming chops to build it. What we need is the time it takes to iron out a powerful, secure, and comfortable piece of software.

Once we have made our first solid version, we are going to release our code as free software so everyone can make it even better. One-time contribution buys the software for everyone, forever.
